Louise Conces focuses her practice in medical malpractice defense, representing a wide variety of healthcare providers against claims of medical negligence. She also represents the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Insurance in claims for excess damages made against the Indiana Patients Compensation.
Before joining Cline Law Group in 2017, Louise interned with the Marion County Prosecutor’s office, completed two internships with a large healthcare organization, and clerked at a multi-practice law firm. Louise was a clerk at Cline Law Group prior to her admittance to the Bar.
While attending law school, Louise was the Executive Notes Editor of the Indiana Health Law Review, Volume XV, and a member of the Order of Barristers. She was a recipient of the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence, the Resident Merit Award, and the 2016-2017 Krieg DeVault Excellence in Editing Award. Louise graduated cum laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2018, with a Graduate Certificate in Health Law.
Louise graduated magna cum laude from Valparaiso University a semester early in 2014, with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. Prior to entering law school, she worked as the Oncology Data Manager for the Thymoma Study at Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Hematology and Oncology.
